Smart Continent provides evidence base advisory and facilitation services to public sector institutions. Institute facilitates successful meetings and workshops, including their moderation. Smart Continent enables groups and organizations to collaborate more effectively and achieve synergy. Being a content-neutral party and not taking sides or expressing or advocating a point of view during the meeting, Smart Continent supports fair, open, and inclusive procedures to accomplish the group’s work. To achieve our client’s goals, we are using proven methods of group work organization. For policy advisory, we use a broad range of methods for data collection and analysis. We are experts in quotative and qualitative data collection methods.
Focus on governance policy evaluation
The ex-post evaluations were conducted for national policies and EU Structural funds for 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. We are also conducting ex-ante evaluations for the 2021-2027 programming period. Such impact assessments are becoming increasingly important in the policy cycle and strategic decisions. The main aim of impact analysis is to map out the expected effects of intended strategies and policies.
